RUS-50K FM Transmitter
The RUS-50K FM transmitter is composed of two 25kW racks combined through a high-power, high-efficiency 3dB hybrid combiner. In this dual-rack architecture, each transmitter incorporates two exciters and an automatic changeover system (Change-EX), which keeps the station on air in the event of any anomaly in the main exciter. The system switches to the backup exciter instantly and automatically, ensuring uninterrupted broadcasting and preserving audience loyalty, as there is no transmission interruption during the changeover.
The system is built around twelve blades per rack, totaling twenty-four blades overall. This architecture provides excellent power headroom and outstanding reliability.
